On September 2, Xinguang Zheng and Founder Underwriting Sponsor signed the guidance agreement for public offering of shares to 

unspecified qualified investors and listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange, and submitted the guidance filing application materials to 

Qingdao Securities Regulatory Bureau on the same day;

On September 3, Qingdao Securities Regulatory Bureau accepted the company's application, and Xinguangzheng began to enter the 

counseling period from September 3.

This also means that Xinguang is officially starting the journey of listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
